A private room offering you additional ways to train. Whether it's the speed bag, heavy bag, or rowing machine, you can be guaranteed to get your heart rate up. Many use it for stretching or a place for an abdominal workout. A large TV with DVDs for aerobics, yoga, and Zumba are available for your use

For a very low price, our 12 minute tanning bed with facial bulbs is available to both members and non-members. Always maintained with fresh bulbs to ensure you receive the best tan, and a great value
